Animation by Seth.

This week we have made an animation about something that should be normal but is not. From doing this I learnt how to make an animation step by step to make the animation smooth and clean. I used my creative and artistic skills to make this animation fun. I enjoyed this Cybersmart class a lot. I will never stop making this kind of animation. You should try making an animation to.

  3. Kia ora Seth,
You have done an outstanding job creating this animation of a car! Including a portal was an ingenious way of incorporating the idea of ‘something that should be normal but is not’, and I am amazed at how smooth and clean you managed to make your animation!
I really liked the way you started off your animation by stating the characters, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Pink Cadillac transport through portals into different terrains. I especially liked how you had the car spinning as it floated through space as in my mind this was an accurate representation of what a car would do without any gravity.
How did you come up with the idea of the car travelling through portals?
What made you decide on using a Pink Cadillac as the car?
What was your favourite background to use when creating this animation?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
I was so busy watching your animation that I didn’t realise until the end you had used 490 slides!
This is quite a large amount of slides, however you have worked the transitions so effortlessly that your animation does not seem overly long when watching.
How long did this animation take you to make?
What was the hardest part of making this animation?
If you were to make an animation again, what would you do differently and why?
Keep up the fantastic work Seth!

    1. It took me a couple weeks to make. I didn't know what I was going to make so I decided to make that.I love cars and a Classic toy collector so that worked perfectly for me.I'm glad that you enjoyed it as much as me making it. Probably the hardest part making this was making the car go down the hill But the rest was easy.If I did make a different animation put a Twist to it.Play chosen it was the only thing that I can find .Thank you for taking your time watching my animation goodbye.

    2. Kia ora Seth,
Thank you for replying to my comment and answering all of my questions!
It is so cool to hear how you took your time in making this animation. When you are making something that is so full of detail it is important not to rush it, and I believe it is the amount of time you spent on this animation that has made it so smooth and clean within the transitions!
You mentioned in your reply how the hardest part of making this was getting the car to go downhill. What was it about this that you found hard?
You also mentioned how you love cars and are a classic toy collector, and I think these are such wonderful passions to have!
What kind of cars do you like the most?
If you could own any car in the world, what kind would you like to own?
What is your favourite toy in your classic toy collection?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
Keep blogging, you’re doing a fantastic job!
